FINANCE AND RETAIL BANKING

This service provides assistance with Credit / Debit Card Systems, Customer Service and Billing Systems and other Workflow systems. You will receive “business”, "customer", "user " and "IT " view of the systems bringing together all financial, customer service, anti-fraud and financial aspects. We can provide assistance in all business areas, including:

• Credit / Debit Card Systems (Issuer / Acquirer Systems),
• Fraud detection (rule and behavioural based),
• Workflow Systems (Customer Service, Debt Management and Fraud Management Systems).

FINANCE AND BANKING PROJECTS

• Establishing the high level business strategy for the future of a multi-million pound Payment System within a major UK high-street Bank.
• Providing Retail Banking / Payment Systems training in Utrecht, Holland for a multi-national computer systems manufacturer.
• Preparing a functional specification of a high-technology (Expert System and Neural Network) Payment Systems Fraud Detection and Prevention system, designed for pan-European deployment.
• Advising a multi-national organisation on the business requirements and design of a "state-of-the-art" Debt Management & Recovery system.
• Preparing a specification and outline plan for the implementation of bespoke Accounting functions on a client-server platform (Windows / Oracle) for a Gas supply company.
• Evaluating the business processes to support the billing, customer and supplier settlement of a new global service, for a multi-national Telecommunications Service Provider.
• Establishing the position of Product Manager, Credit Card and IBM based EFTPOS (Electronic Funds Transfer at the Point Of Sale) systems, providing pre-sales and post-sales support, training and market intelligence in support of a range of products covering credit card and debit card systems, within a multi-national software house.
• Managing the conversion and implementation of a US developed Credit Card / Merchant Accounting system for Rumbelows.
• Managing a Feasibility / External Design study for the National Westminster Bank.
• Finalising the sale on behalf of a Software House, jointly with NCR, of an ATM (Cash Dispenser) network system to Credit Mutuel Ocean Bank in France.
